What Level of Survey Do I Need?
Buying a property is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll make. A survey helps you understand exactly what you're buying, from minor maintenance issues to serious structural problems that could be very expensive to fix. Not all surveys are the same. The right choice depends on the property's age, condition, and how thorough you want the inspection to be.
This section is an overview only. Full details will be included in our T&C's and are available on the RICS website.
